Researcher at the MIT Design Lab and Media Lab, working on human-machine interaction across industries from banking to hospitality. 80+ AI applications shipped across SaaS, HR, marketing and product. Leads strategy, enablement, tooling and everything that gets built.
Jenny Holm
Leads product and solutions in high-complexity, regulated environments, from finance and fintech to blockchain, cloud, automotive and secure-access, plus experience-AI. She grows the business through trust and long partnerships, across institutions, B2B and UHNW clients.
It started by accident
We met on two delayed flights in Zurich, over a coffee that ran for hours, about why most technology fails the people it is built for. Noel designs and ships the systems. Jen makes them land with the people who have to trust them.
We stayed in touch for years, waiting for the moment the technology caught up with that first conversation. When it did, we did not start two companies. We started one.
