Four areas of work, at two levels
Most clients start with one and grow into the rest. Clear guidance for leadership, and hands-on capability for the teams who do the work.
AI Strategy & Advisory
Where AI creates real advantage for your business, and where it does not. We help leadership cut through the noise, prioritise the handful of uses that matter, and make decisions they can defend to a board, a regulator or an auditor.
You leave with a clear direction and a plan, not a deck of possibilities.
EU AI Act Compliance & Governance
A clear read on your obligations under the EU AI Act, an honest gap analysis of where you stand, and the policies, roles and structures to close it. For regulated finance, we work with how the Act sits alongside your existing obligations.
Guidance, not certification. We help you reach compliance without the conflict of certifying our own work.
AI Literacy & Workforce Training
Article 4 requires that the people using AI in your organisation are actually competent to do so, and it has applied since February 2025. We handle it properly, with training that leaves your people genuinely capable rather than merely certified.
From board-level awareness to hands-on sessions for the teams using AI every day, matched to how they really work.
Implementation & Tooling
The right tools, set up properly and connected to your systems, with the guardrails to use them safely. Built by people who do this every day across real businesses, not resold from a partner catalogue.
Bespoke automations against your real workflows are the hardest-to-argue-with proof that any of this works.
How we start
The first stepA short diagnostic
Two to three weeks, same shape every time. We map your AI Act exposure, your risks and your opportunities.
A clear roadmap
You get a prioritised plan built on your reality, not a template. It becomes the basis for everything that follows.
Expand where it counts
We start where the risk or opportunity is greatest, prove value, and grow from there.
Common questions
FAQWhat does an AI readiness diagnostic involve?
A structured two to three week engagement that maps your AI Act exposure, a trust and delegation baseline, a register of where AI is already in use, and the gaps between where you are and where you need to be. You leave with a prioritised roadmap.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We are tool-agnostic and independent. We help you get value from what you already have before recommending anything new, and we never resell software, so the advice stays on your side.
Are you a certifying body?
No, and that is deliberate. We guide you to compliance and capability without the conflict of certifying your own work or selling you the tools you are being assessed on.
How long does an engagement take?
The diagnostic is a few weeks. Enablement and implementation work is scoped to your situation. Many clients move into an ongoing assurance relationship once the first work lands.
The fastest way to know where you stand and what to do next. A short, fixed engagement with a clear roadmap at the end.
